President's Message

To all fellow dressage and other equine enthusiasts!  My name is Allie Tomson and I am now serving as the new President of Orange County Dressage Association.  My goal is to provide educational opportunities to benefit those who participate in dressage or in other equine related activities.  I also hope to bring people together in many fun-filled experiences and engage their passion for the sport of dressage.
OCDA is now offering membership benefits, which include discount from a variety of tack shops and other local places, as well as giving free advertising on our website.
For those who do not know me, I bring to the table four years of competing in dressage. In 2011, I was 3rd in the Region 8 Championships and 1st in the BLMs for First Level.  This year, I plan on competing three horses at various levels. I own a private dressage facility in Circleville, NY.  I have a B.S. degree in psychology and currently obtaining my Masters in Counseling.
Please feel free to contact me with any ideas or suggestions to promote and enjoy this year!

OCDA thanks Lisa Toaldo, retiring Vice-President, for the countless contributions she made to foster the success of the organization.
